Why should I buy a rug from you? Our rugs are basic rugs that also have lots of great features. We sell Supreme Horseware Rugs, an Australian Owned company that specialises in quality horse & pony rugs that are designed to fit the size and shape of your horse. Our materials are sourced from the best manufacturers in the world and have been tested for their high quality. All of our rugs come with a full manufacturer’s warranty. Our aim is to provide top quality rugs and service to our customers each and every time they purchase one of our items.
I have ordered the wrong item. What should I do? No problem, just contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not been despatched we will happily make changes. As we ship within 24 hours of receiving cleared payment, sometimes sooner, we may be unable to change your order until you have received it. We do not refund for a change of mind.
Can I exchange my order? We have a 10 day exchange policy. If you have found when you receive your item that it is the incorrect size, we will exchange your item. The item must be returned in original condition with the tags still in place. Items that are soiled or have hair on them will not be exchanged. All additional postage costs, both to return the item and to resend the exchange, are to be borne by the purchaser. Your exchange item will be despatched upon receipt of cleared payment for postage. Please ensure that you contact Supreme Horse and Pet Supplies prior to sending items back for exchange. What payment methods do you accept? When will my order be despatched? Supreme Horse and Pet Supplies despatch orders within 24 hours of receiving cleared payments. Please keep in mind that if you are paying via eCheque on PayPal that payment can take up to 6 working days to clear, other PayPal payments clear immediately. If paying by Direct Deposit this can take 1-3 days to appear into our account and personal cheques can take up to 5 working days to clear. Until any form of payment has been cleared we are unable to send your item to you.
What if I have questions regarding the products? Please email us if you have any questions regarding products. We endeavour to answer all emails within 24 hours.
How long will it take to receive my item? All items are despatched within 24 hours of receiving cleared payment. Delivery times from our warehouse depend on where the item is going, however we have found that the items tend to arrive within 6 working days from despatch.
How is my item packaged? Your item will be despatched using high quality packaging materials. Do you ship internationally? Yes, we are happy to ship worldwide, please contact us for a quote on postage costs to your lolcation.
What size rug should I buy? If you are not sure what size rug to purchase the best way to work out the size is to measure your horse. It is best to measure from the centre of the horse or pony's chest down past the shoulder, chest and along to the point of the tail. This will give you the length measurement required.
Horse rugs are measured in 3 inch intervals along the bottom edge from the chest buckles. At Supreme Horse and Pet Supplies we stock from 3’0” to 6’9”, which are measured along the bottom edge of the rug. Our rugs measure true to size.
Because all horses are different sizes and shapes you may have to go up or down depending on the measurements. Our rug size guide may assist you in choosing the size you require. Please note this is a guide only and we recommend you measure your horse as described above before ordering.
