Terms and Conditions


Payment
We offer the following payment methods for your convenience:

  • PayPal
  • Bank Deposit
  • Money Order
  • Personal Cheque

Payment is required within 7 days. If paying via Direct Deposit our account details will be provided on your invoice. 

Warranty
Supreme Horseware Rugs are covered by a full manufacturer’s warranty. 
 
Exchanges
Contact must be made within 10 days of purchase if you wish to exchange your item. All additional postage costs are at purchaser’s expense.
The item must be returned in the same condition as it was received, with all tags still attached, no dirt, soiling, hair etc. When trying on items for size we suggest that you cover the horse or pony with a sheet or towel and then put the rug on to check for size. If we are unable to send you a replacement we will refund your purchase price excluding postage once the item has been returned to us. We do not refund for a change of mind.

Refunds
Our aim is to provide you with top quality products at reasonable prices. However, if you find when you receive your item that is has a fault, please contact us prior to using the items and we will arrange for a refund or exchange. Our manufacturer's guarantee our products are of the highest quality. We do not offer refunds if you change your mind and postage is non refundable.

Returns
Please contact us prior to returning any products. Postage on returns is at the buyer’s expense and any items returned COD or without postage being paid will not be accepted by Supreme Horse and Pet Supplies. We are unable to accept any items returned soiled or dirty or with hair on them from the animal.
